1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and netbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the netbet website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the netbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

netbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

These Terms should be read alongside the netbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and netbet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

netbet operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where such activity is permitted under applicable law. The Company makes no representation that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their country or region of residence.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by netbet — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment features — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account per person. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 years or older
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh)
• A mobile phone number registered in your name

netbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration. This process, known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, may include submission of a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. netbet shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify netbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The netbet platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. Registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the netbet platform while under the age of 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. netbet employs rigorous age verification procedures and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to hold and use a netbet account:

1. You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the netbet platform or on any connected responsible gaming register.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of netbet or any of its affiliates.
5. You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

netbet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player shall be forfeited in their entirety, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction, subject to verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the netbet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). netbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made by players. However, your payment provider (for example, your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account operator) may apply their own transaction charges independently of netbet. You are responsible for reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Any suspicious financial activity, including but not limited to large or unusual deposit patterns, rapid reversal of funds, or use of multiple payment methods without corresponding gambling activity, will be investigated. netbet cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity where required by applicable law.

Players must not use the netbet platform as a financial instrument, payment processor, or currency exchange service. Any attempt to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions

From time to time, netbet offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all netbet bonuses and promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and over only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Casino slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sportsbook bets, and crash games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• netbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus amounts already credited to a player's account and subject to an active wagering requirement will not be removed without cause.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering conducted through the netbet platform. Detailed sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. netbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of manipulation, technical error in odds publication, or where a bet has been placed using information that constitutes insider knowledge.

Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. For cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) are the primary governing authorities whose official results are used for settlement purposes. For BPL matches, official Bangladesh Premier League results govern settlement.

• Bets placed on suspended or abandoned markets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
• In the event of a technical failure on the Platform during a live betting event, any unsettled bets will be voided if they cannot be verified against official recorded data.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. The applicable maximum payout will be displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• netbet reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any player account without prior notice, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Casino and Instant Games: All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) from licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, BGaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by netbet. In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on the player's screen and the outcome recorded in netbet's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

netbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage
• Underage gambling or failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation
• Evidence of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or any other form of cheating
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors in odds or game outcomes
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without prior notification to netbet support
• At your own request, including requests made under netbet's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, netbet will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player's account balance will be held securely in a segregated account and will not be used by netbet for operational purposes. Players do not earn interest on held balances during the period of investigation.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, netbet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance where it can be demonstrated that the balance derives from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of the terms governing a specific promotion. Any decision to withhold funds will be communicated in writing to the player's registered email address, together with the reason for the decision and information on the player's right to dispute the decision.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, netbet excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or casino wagering activity, regardless of cause
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the Platform caused by factors outside netbet's reasonable control, including power failures, internet service provider outages, acts of nature, or government actions
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Errors in odds publication or game outcome display where the server log record shall be treated as the definitive and accurate record

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit netbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The netbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are adequately protected.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as it relates to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
